company will maintain
and replenish the starter kit without adding
extra cost to the customer.
- The
starter kit remains the property of "The
Three Monkeys (S) Pte Ltd"
- Note
: Small ladder, special floor detergents, good iron and iron
board must be supplied by home owners.
- For
residents of Sentosa Cove, package starts
S$490 for 4 X 7.5 man-hours in 28 days. Cost of travelling from/to
Harbour
Front to be billed to customer as
$20 per visit.

Important Notes:
- Safety : All chores performed must not
infringe any safety regulations. All our workers are
covered under the Work Injury Compensation Act (WICA),
which came into force on 1 April 2008, replacing the
Workmen’s Compensation Act.
- Items of High Value : Valuables, art
objects
and fragile items are not covered in the service. The
company is not liable for any damage should the
worker be asked to handle such items
- Limited Liability : The Company will use
best endeavours to ensure that all our staff are
careful with your properties and shall take
reasonable precautions against any damages. However,
in the case of any damage to your properties by our
staff due to whatever reasons, whether because of
negligence or otherwise, our liability for any
damage to your properties shall at all times be not
more than Singapore Dollars one hundred only. This
clause does not cover normal wear and tear, on site
laundry, ironing/pressing and the acts of God
- Inside of Cupboards and Drawers : Unless
instructed by our clients, these are out of bound
areas to our Housekeepers.
- Our staff are people of high integrity and
believe in making an honest living : To prevent
misunderstanding, we advise our clients to keep
valuables and expensive items under lock and
keys.
- Subject to the agreement of our clients, any
unresolved incidents would be handed over to the
Police for investigation.

Advance Payment for 4/8/12 visits by cheque or Cash On Delivery
per visit for regular cleaning services.

For Ad-hoc, Spring, After Renovation, Move-in/out
cleaning, Cash On Delivery only

All Cheque payments must be crossed
and made payable to "The Three Monkeys (S) Pte
Ltd".

The billing date is taken as the date of
first service.
- Day and Time of Service are to be fixed.
- Rescheduling of service is
constrained to within 24hrs - 48hrs window.
