You don't have to be home when your house is cleaned! CleanIN has the keys to more than 90% of our clients' homes and we've never had a problem with this. The keys are kept in a safe.

Every morning, the keys are signed out by the leading supervisors and are passed on to the respective housekeeper only when they reach the destination. The housekeeper has to sign a declaration that the clients' home is in good order and nothing is amiss. Should there be any discrepancy, the house cleaner will immediately notify the office who in turn notify our clients. After finishing their work, the housekeeper have to verify things like lights off, windows close, door locked etc. The keys are returned back to the office as soon as possible and signed back into the safe.

Most of the regularly scheduled clients of CleanIN prefer not to be home when the housekeeper cleans because they enjoy having their own "space" and privacy. Besides, they feel that the assigned housekeeper can better concentrate on their house cleaning if they are not in their way.
